Last week at the National Football League meeting in Phoenix, McVay was asked about beginning to get a feel for quarterback Jared Goff, who will be entering his second season.
“I think being able to get on the grass, we’ll probably have a better feel going through the offseason program, where you’ve got a voluntary minicamp, you’ve got your 10 OTAs and then you’ve got your mandatory minicamps,” McVay said. “After that, I think I’ll have a much better idea of what we’re going into, how these guys like it and what they feel most comfortable with, with regards to that process.”
